I am a high-school student writing this blog for my AP Language and Composition class. I am an avid musician and academically good student, but I am not athletic at all. I am generally not a fan of sports. I also like to think of myself as an artist; I like to draw, paint, and do various crafts and projects. I also like reading, writing, and watching movies, especially those that are animated.
I have always had a fascination with everything animated, from anime to western animation, and Disney to Dreamworks. One might say I am overly obsessed, but if they were to take into consideration how much time, work, and skill is required for creating animation, then they could perhaps appreciate it as much as I do. That is why I created this blog, to show people the beauty of animation in hopes they will learn to appreciate it more. I will cover things such as the history behind it, current animated shows or movies, and how it is created, as well as provide my own opinions on a number of animation-related topics, issues, and concerns. This blog will be updated weekly.
